The problem isn’t them. The problem is how you handle YOU around them.
They don’t stress you out. Your expectation that the only right way to to do things is the way YOU do things is what stresses you out.
You’ve been there, done that. You’re older. Or you have a certain area of expertise so you KNOW that if “they” would just do what you tell them to they’d be better off. And, you’re probably right.
People don’t always want your wisdom or your expertise. They have their own path to follow and their own lessons to learn. We talk about how to identify the non-reciprocal relationship and how to change your participation in it so that YOU can have peace.
